Quantitative Objectives and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of a designated Sales Center and Gladstone Homes community. Insure that the sales center is open daily from 10:30am to 5:30pm, and operating at an exemplary level.
- Consistently prospect, promote, and close sales with customers to acheive monthly sales goals. Manage inventory of both new homes and SPEC homes.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the HomeDesigner option system, and develop a comprehensive knowledge of the standard features and amenities of the each floor plan including structural and non-structural options.
- Manage a database of all leads and accounts through the company's CRM.
- Confer with the General Sales Manager regarding marketing strategies to develop traffic-generating programs and incentives.
- Take part in weekly goal setting with General Sales Manager by tracking and reviewing past performance.
- Analyze and interpret all phone activity and traffic reports.
- Experience interviewing, hiring/firing, and training sales personnel.
- Work directly with Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing materials are current and available for all traffic.
- Ensure all office supplies, computers, printers, faxes, copiers, tv’s/dvd’s including the Gladstone DVD, alarms and furniture are working and functioning properly.
- Tour the models daily and create a model maintenance list so that the models are in pristine condition at all times inside and outside of the home.

Strong communication skills, professional presentation, ability to work within a team
environment, flexibility and a desire to succeed would all be beneficial in securing a

Education:
High School Diploma minimum
College Education or Sales Certification is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary plus Commission, commisurate with experience
